Neuralink Cost For Help People With A Locked-in Syndrome

elon musk say: "you know, quite expensive"

Neuralink brain chip costs around $100,000 and is inserted into the user's brain through a surgical operation.

After that, the user wears a NeuroLink electrode cap for several weeks to months so his brain can get used to it. During this time, he must practice his movement with an assistive device.

After the brain gets accustomed to the neuro link, the neuro surgeon makes an incision over the incuneus region and inserts the neuro chip along with an electrode into that region.

The neuro surgeon then seals the incision and leaves it open for drainage; he also applies pressure to reduce swelling.

After about 12 hours, he removes the cap from the electrode and leaves it in place for another few days before removing it completely.

He does this every few weeks until he's completely comfortable with wearing it and moving his paralyzed limb.

Elon Musk states that the NeuroLink is still in its early stages of development but is already making great strides in helping people with locked-in syndrome.

In theory, this technology could revolutionize human interaction as we know it.

Whether this project will succeed in revolutionizing human interaction is yet to be seen; however, it has a lot of potential given its creator's intentions.

Neuralink is a brain-computer interface development project under the umbrella of Elon Musk's neural integration expert Dr. Stephen Hawking.

Dr. Musk initiates this project so he can help people with locked-in syndrome, who are completely paralyzed and unable to communicate.

Elon Musk has enough self-awareness to know that he will never be able to help every person with a locked-in syndrome; that's why he's working hard on developing a neuro interface for them.
